Most people hear "one-person business" and think small.
I hear it and think focused.
Building alone forces a kind of honesty that is easy to avoid inside a team. There is no committee to hide behind, no meeting to turn uncertainty into motion, and no politics to make simple work feel complicated.
That does not mean solo is easier. It means the feedback is cleaner. If something ships, I know why. If it stalls, I know where the constraint is.
For now, that clarity is worth more to me than scale.
